Lead, Driver Operations

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Team Lead, Inventory. This position will report to the Head of Inventory (CCL) at CARSOME, working closely with other sub-departments in supply chain to improve the operation efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team handling inventory and administrative tasks.
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
• Maintain office operations, including filing, record‑keeping and organizing documents.
• Implement and monitor inventory control and document management processes.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
• Oversee document control, ensuring accurate filing and record‑keeping.
• Handle phone calls and manage courier services.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of office matters.
