Medical Team Management
Ensure the medical team is effectively processing medical assistance cases in accordance with established procedures for international medical assistance. Lead the medical team, fostering a collaborative and productive team spirit, monitoring productivity, and participating in size requirement definition. Ensure 24/7 medical coverage, including on-call doctors. Validate internal escorts (when nurses or doctors travel to repatriate a patient) and necessary medical equipment. Responsible for ensuring that patients are evaluated and receive medical care at the highest level of medical expectation within the group (generally at the level of the most developed healthcare systems).
