Lead Developer

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience extending or modernising legacy WebForms /.NET
• Comfortable working in messy backlogs and database-driven systems
• Confident using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to accelerate delivery
• Able to review, refactor and validate AI-generated code
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and willing to challenge requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver enhancements on a legacy WebForms system
• Manage a backlog of requirements and Jira tickets
• Utilize Azure and .NET technologies effectively
• Implement AI coding tools to speed up development
• Collaborate with team members for efficient project execution
