We’re looking for a Lead Developer who owns the connection between Product and Engineering — not by mediating, but by making clear technical decisions and standing by them. You have a deep understanding of our codebase and architecture, allowing you to set standards, review critical code, and mentor a strong engineering team.

Your people skills enable you to work effectively across departments — even when alignment is uncomfortable.
