We are building the next phase of growth for our ~₹400 Cr Leather Accessories Division, and we are looking for a Design Leader who thinks like a Business Head. If you are someone who can shape global product direction, influence customers, and drive revenue through design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of entire design engine of the accessories business, commercial success, customer relevance, and scale.
• Driving product strategy, win global connections, influence buyers and establish growth strategy.
• Manage a high calibre design team aligned with business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 15 Plus years in leading design at scale in leather accessories.
