We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment

What You’ll Do

• Lead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machinery
• Take products from idea → prototype → field validation → production
• Manage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering team
• Work closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
• Drive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions
• Continuously improve existing machines based on field feedback
