Lead Databricks Architect

The Talent Source has partnered with a PE backed firm in the search for a Databricks Architect to lead the design and execution of a modern data platform that powers enterprise-wide analytics and AI initiatives.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and business value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build a scalable Databricks Lakehouse platform to unify data across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, field operations, IoT, etc.)
• Lead the design of end-to-end data pipelines (ELT/ETL) leveraging Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native services
