Lead Data Scientist

We are looking for a **Lead Data Scientist**to be part of our Commercial Tech team, with a focus on Ad Platforms and Privacy.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze the flow of ad delivery data from initiation to execution
- Pinpoint inefficiencies within ad performance
- Construct a predictive model for advising on ideal ad settings utilizing key metrics like viewability, CTR, and revenue impact
- Engage with business and engineering teams to convert data analysis into strategies that can be implemented
- Commit to creating and presenting a Proof of Concept in 3 months that demonstrates the model’s efficacy
- Employ machine learning models for optimization and recommendation purposes
- Simplify complex data insights into user-friendly business recommendations
- Independently handle research, roadmap development, and implementation of AI/ML in the ad tech domain
