Lead- Customer Acquisition

Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with minimum 4+ years experience who can own and scale acquisition across platforms like Meta and Google. This is a core, hands-on role requiring strong execution, a deep understanding of tracking/analytics, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1.Campaign Execution & Scaling Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) Own end-to-end campaign management: targeting, creatives, budgets, bidding, and scaling Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve performance 2.Funnel & Conversion Optimization Understand the complete funnel: ad → landing page → lead → conversion Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates at each stage Work closely with sales and product teams to improve lead quality and outcomes 3.Tracking & Technical Setup Set up and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, ...
