**Job Description-Lead Customer Experience Specialist.**

+ Interacts with customers prior to and after sale In French Language.
+ Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
+ Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
+ Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
+ Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR
+ Clear Backlogs.
+ O2C knowledge
+ Respond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).
+ Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
+ Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes

**Skills Required:**
