Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in accordance with client needs. Offer expert advice on payroll process design, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to seamlessly integrate payroll solutions with existing systems. Customize SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP modules to meet specific payroll requirements. Adapt payroll schemas, rules, and workflows to align with the unique needs of each client. Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
