Lead Construction Engineer - Offshore
Penspen is urgently looking for Lead Construction Engineer (Offshore) for one of our prestigious PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
Responsibilities
Lead and manage offshore construction teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Oversee the installation, hookup, and commissioning of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures.

Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure engineering standards are met.

Review and approve construction drawings, procedures, and method statements.
