**Job Title: Lead Commercial Carpenter**
**Job Description**
This role leads commercial carpentry and remodeling projects in a major institutional setting in Washington, DC, with a strong focus on drywall finishing and finish carpentry. You will oversee day-to-day field activities, ensure work meets high quality standards, and coordinate closely with subcontractors and tradespeople to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Finish drywall to a high standard, including taping, mudding, sanding, and final preparation for paint or other finishes.
+ Oversee and manage commercial remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
