Lead Clinician/Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically the in‑house Clinical Team at Bankside College.
• Hold a therapy caseload and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, other neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
• Focus on meeting EHCP plans, target‑led via OFG clinical ways of working.
• Coordinate line management of members of the onsite clinical team.
• Lead the service development of the clinical school‑based service alongside the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
• Registered practitioner with HCPC or another approved governing body.
• Valid, up‑to‑date professional registration and membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., BPS).
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
