Lead Clinical Governance, Medical Affairs & Quality

ROLE PURPOSE

Serve as the senior owner of clinical governance, medical affairs, quality, patient safety, physician engagement, accreditation readiness, and clinical compliance across Lord's Renal's India and international operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Governance

• Establish and lead the clinical governance framework across all centers.

• Develop clinical policies, SOPs, protocols, and governance standards.

• Chair quality reviews and clinical governance meetings.

• Drive protocol adherence and clinical standardization.

Medical Affairs

• Manage nephrologist engagement and physician relationships.

• Own credentialing, privileging, and physician governance.

• Coordinate Medical Advisory Board activities.

• Support physician recruitment and performance reviews.
