A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced
Lead Civil Engineer
to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is a senior site-based role with responsibility for leading and coordinating all civil and CSA activities on the project, ensuring best-in-class performance across safety, quality, programme, and commercial control from project inception through to closeout.

The Role

As Lead Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of all civil work packages, working closely with the Project Manager, planners, commercial teams, subcontractors, and design consultants to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
