**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ The Lead Civil and Structural Engineer is a highly skilled professional responsible for handling the design, development, and management of complex civil and structural engineering projects. This role involves applying advanced engineering principles to solve intricate problems, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, and providing right solutions on time.
+ Individually handle the creation and review of detailed engineering designs and plans for large-scale industrial projects (e.g., 400kV & 220kV Switchyards, GIS and Main control buildings, Conversion sub stations, Solar & BESS (Battery Energy Storage) projects etc.).
+ Facilitates the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including work such as soil mechanics, seismic analysis, and foundations for GE supplied equipment.
