Lead Certified Nurse Midwife - Atlantic Medical Group

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Clinical Care:• Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services, consistent with scope of practice and regulatory standards. • Deliver care that reflects evidence-based guidelines, patient-centered principles, and a commitment to health equity. • Collaborate closely with obstetricians and subspecialists to ensure safe, timely consultation and escalation of care when indicated. • Participate in call schedules and hospital coverage as defined by the practice.• Review and charting of normal and abnormal laboratory results• Telephone triage as needed• Care coordination with nursing, social work, other referrals and consultants

CNM Leadership and supervision:• Serve as the primary clinical leader for the CNM team within the AMG practice.• Provide mentorship, onboarding, coaching, and professional development for CNMs.• Promote consistency in midwifery clinical standards...
