Lead Carpenter

As a Lead Carpenter (Carpenter III), you will lead restoration and rebuild projects, guide your crew, and deliver exceptional results that meet safety and quality standards.

Day In The Life

• Own the project from start to finish, planning the day and reviewing blueprints.
• Perform hands‑on carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, fine finishing.
• Ensure every measurement, cut, and installation meets precision and safety standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers and mentor other skilled trades.
• Transform fire‑damaged homes and restore commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience in restoration or related industry.
• Journeyperson certification in carpentry preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, roofing, siding, and cabinetry installation.
