About the Role

We are looking for a full‑time Lead Carpenter to join our team. This position requires a permanent, experienced carpenter who is hardworking, passionate, humble, and resourceful. Candidates must be a permanent resident of Canada and able to travel throughout the lower mainland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and direct the daily activities of our job sites.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and coordinate sub‑trades and carpenters on site.
• Liaise with required engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Perform required carpentry tasks and problem‑solve as needed.
