Lead Carpenter - Custom Fabrication & Installations

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Build and fabricate carpentry when given dimensioned drawings
• Cutting and shaping materials and joining them using glue, nails, screws, and bolts.
• Measuring, cutting, and installing various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
• Advising clients on the best materials and implementation
• Adhering to safety and health regulations
• Proficient in operating of tools and machinery
• Collaborating with other carpenters, contractors and designers to execute per requirements
• Troubleshooting and repairing defects per customer requests

Working hours: Monday - Saturday (9am - 6pm). Willing to work on Sundays and Public Holidays where necessary.
