Lead Carpenter / Working Supervisor - City of London

Our client is a well-established commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across Central London and the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Lead Carpenter / Working Supervisor to work on commercial fit-out and fabric maintenance projects.

This role is ideal for a qualified carpenter/ dry liner (who is willing to muck in and do handyman tasks as well). You'll be leading by example, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on the tools as a Lead Carpenter
Supervising and coordinating a small site team
Leading labour and daily site activities
Ensuring quality of workmanship across carpentry and fit-out works
Working within live commercial environments
