LEAD BI Develolper

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead BI development and data strategy initiatives
• Translate complex data into meaningful business insights
• Design and optimise reporting structures and dashboards
• Manage and improve data warehousing solutions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data
• Engage with stakeholders across departments and leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and systems
• Support decision-making through analytics and reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Information Systems / Data / IT / Related
• Strong experience in BI development and data analytics
• Advanced SQL and database experience
• Experience with Python and data processing tools
• Exposure to Microsoft BI stack (Power BI advantageous)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting structures
