EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 8+ years of senior-level industrial manufacturing maintenance, automation systems deployment, and advanced machinery troubleshooting experience. CONTROL SYSTEMS: Hands-on mastery diagnosing automated machinery, variable frequency drives (VFDs), industrial robotics, and active PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley or Siemens platforms). TECHNICAL LITERACY: Advanced proficiency tracing complex, multi-page electrical schematics, mechanical assembly drawings, and fluid power system prints. WORK SCHEDULE: Elite 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday through Friday schedule offering high stability without exhausting on-call or shift rotations.
