Job Description
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Corporate Travel domain and VIP customer service experience with GDS Knowledge (Preferred Amadeus)
- Willing to work fully time onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and shifting schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customer (CEO, CFO, COO etc) via phone, chat & email
- In-depth travel industry knowledge, including domestic/international reservations and fare rules for North America regions

- Accurately and efficiently service travel requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring all corporate travel policies and industry practices are followed
