Own inventory GL balances (RM, WIP, FG) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper classificationPerform and lead subledger-to-GL reconciliations, resolving variances and ageing itemsManage month-end and quarter-end close, including BtP analysis, inventory roll-forward, and variance reportingEnsure proper inventory accounting across RM, WIP, and FG, including cut-off and transaction integrityPartner with Operations, Costing, IT, and Finance teams to explain drivers and financial impactsLead automation and process improvement initiatives, including: Reconciliation standardisation and automation, Close process simplification and cycle time reduction, Data validation and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI, SAP, analytics tools)Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: Normal Time (Philippines)
