Lead AI Infrastructure Engineer, Database Platforms

We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more platform teams at our India site. This is a key leadership role with real organizational influence — you'll help shape how we build and scale our India engineering function, with AI adoption and enablement as a core part of your mandate.

You will be expected to bring hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tooling, a sharp instinct for where AI can accelerate platform reliability and developer productivity, and the leadership credibility to drive a culture of intelligent automation across your teams.
