Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the design and development of core AI services in the Generative AI and AI Quality sector. In this role, you will not only build features but also architect systems, define technical standards, and make critical design decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
As a key technical leader, you will guide the team by example, influence the AI roadmap, and tackle some of the most challenging problems in the AI-first space.
What You’ll Do
Architectural Leadership
Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of core AI services built for high availability, performance, and security.
Make strategic decisions on models, evaluation frameworks, and system designs, including retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and custom fine-tuning.
