Application Packager L2/L3:

Should be capable of working on packages with no supervision.

Good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders for package User Acceptance testing.

Experience in customer handling skills.

Expertise in providing technical support is a key requirement.

Reproduce issues internally and respond on time to customers.

Strong analytical thinking. Performing the full life cycle of software packaging including definition, requirements gathering, analysis, and testing.

Develop, test, and implement configuration changes/driver updates to improve overall windows client, stability & performance.

Knowledge of installation mechanisms acquisition, execution, and rollback.
