Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to oversee the company's financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls. This is a highly visible role that works closely with ownership and senior leadership to provide accurate financial information, actionable business insights, and recommendations that improve financial performance and accounting processes. Reporting directly to leadership, the Accounting Lead will manage the full accounting cycle, lead month-end and year-end reporting activities, and supervise one direct report responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
