We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Line Lead to help drive daily production operations while supporting and developing our team members.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Prep Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and creating a positive, team-oriented work environment.

This position leads by example, supports employees on the production floor, and helps ensure operational goals are met safely, efficiently, and accurately.
