L&D Process Consultant

The opportunity

We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for Consultants who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to support organizations in delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting clients through technology-enabled change, operating model evolution, process transformation, and workforce enablement.

In this role, you will contribute to learning and capability transformation initiatives, helping clients modernize their Learning & Development ecosystems — from processes and governance to technology and learner experience. You will work as part of international, cross-functional teams, supporting structured delivery and measurable adoption of new learning solutions.
