LCS Bus Driver at Lincoln Community School

Position Summary /Job Goal:

• The LCS Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of LCS children to and from the

school to their residences.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Drive the school bus safely, transporting children to and from the school to their residences in accordance with the bus schedule, and undertake additional school-related driving duties.

• Responsible for ensuring the children’s security and safety at all times.

• Responsible for driving the vehicle in accordance with all road traffic regulations.

• Responsible for ensuring that all faults on the vehicle are promptly reported.

• Responsible for undertaking requisite vehicle inspections on a daily basis.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Secondary School leaving certificate or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license (Minimum of C class)
