**Schedule:** M-F, 1st shift
**Location** : Somerset, NJ
**Compensation:** $30.00-$50.00

**SUMMARY**
The Scientist’ main focus is on method development and coaching of several Associate Scientists in method development, but can also perform validation studies and if needed, bioanalysis. The Scientist is described as knowing it all in the method development field and is able to transfer this knowledge in a one on one or regular presentations. Furthermore, the Scientist is able to resolve very complex issues and is skilled in coaching and mentoring other employees.
