We're looking for a detail-oriented **Layup Technician** to join our team in a cutting-edge composite materials laboratory. This is an excellent **temp-to-hire opportunity** for someone with experience in composite fabrication who enjoys working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing composite and adhesive panels used for material properties testing. You'll perform hand layup of composite materials, operate ply cutting equipment and autoclaves, and help ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
