**Job Title: MIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on production MIG welding and layout fabrication for custom industrial equipment, with a strong emphasis on reading blueprints, preparing materials, and completing welds on a variety of components. You will work in a growing, climate-controlled fabrication shop where you support the full production process from cutting and fitting materials to finishing welded assemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform production MIG welding on load bars, sensor brackets, handrails, safety fencing, and related components.
+ Read and interpret production blueprints to understand dimensions, tolerances, and weld requirements.
+ Lay out materials to be welded, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment prior to welding.
+ Use saws to cut materials to specified lengths according to blueprints and job requirements.
