Our client, a leading UK residential developer, is seeking an experienced Layout Designer to join their growing design team located in the West Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the production of high quality residential developments, supporting urban design, masterplanning and land acquisition activities across multiple regions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Manager and wider project teams to produce innovative, practical and commercially viable site layouts.
