Lawyer (Safeguarding)

The principal purpose of the post is to provide high quality legal representation and skilled and effective advocacy on behalf of the Council in public law children's proceedings in the Family Courts; providing appropriate advice and assistance to enable the Council to deliver its statutory duties in in respect of children.
