Lawyer Safeguarding

The principal purpose of the post is to provide high quality legal representation and skilled and effective advocacy on behalf of the Council in public law children`s proceedings in the Family Courts; providing appropriate advice and assistance to enable the Council to deliver its’ statutory duties in in respect of children.
