Job Title: Contract Lawyer

As a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts for our clients. This role is based in El-Fujairah, UAE, and is open to Malayalees with experience in contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on contractual rights and obligations
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, etc.
3. Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
4. Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations
5. Provide guidance on legal issues related to contract disputes or breaches
6. Liaise with external lawyers or legal teams as needed
