Job Description

Thomson Rogers LLP is currently seeking an Intermediate to Senior Law Clerk to join its Family Law Group.

The Family Law group at Thomson Rogers LLP is a thriving, dynamic team of 8 lawyers that is well known in the legal community.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Drafting and analyzing financial statements and disclosures
Drafting, preparing, and revising correspondence and legal documents (pleadings, affidavits, conference briefs, etc.)
Communicate regularly with lawyers, clients, opposing counsel, etc.
Compiling court documents (conference briefs, motion materials, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of briefs and records for mediations, trials, examinations, and motions
Monitor deadlines, diarize reminders, and assist lawyers in preparing to file timely responses per deadlines
Scheduling lawyers’ calendars with appointments, media...
