Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Pick-up and Delivery: Responsible for the punctual and professional collection and delivery of all guest laundry and dry-cleaning items.
- Marking and Recording: Count and verify all items collected against the laundry list provided by the guest. Ensure guest names, room numbers, and item counts are accurately recorded to avoid discrepancies.
- Item Inspection: Thoroughly check garments for any existing damage, stains, or items left in pockets (e.g., jewelry, cash) and report these to a supervisor immediately before processing.
- Adherence to Brand Standards: Ensure all Raffles and LQA standards are strictly followed during the pick-up and delivery process.
