About The Role

As a Launch Leader , reporting to the Launch Engineering Manager , you will be the main technical interface between stakeholders, ensuring smooth product planning, design, and industrialization while optimizing process quality, capacity, and efficiency .

• Align technical needs between Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, and Customers.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables are met.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for pre-production orders.
