Launch Lead - MPL

Position title: Material Planning & Logistics Launch Lead (Launch Lead - MPL)

Working location: FVL Hai Duong Plant

Direct report to: MP&L Manager

**II. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY**

1. **Launch Project Management**

+ Team Leadership: Direct daily and strategic activities for the MPL launch team, including Product Specialists (PSGs).
+ Schedule Management: Develop and execute the MPL Launch Master Schedule aligned with the overall Program Schedule.
+ Representation & Escalation: Represent MPL in all gateway reviews and cross-functional launch meetings (DCC, AIM, OTG, Launch Director Reviews); proactively escalate critical issues to plant leadership.

**2. Material Flow & Lean Plant Layout**

+ Flow Strategy: Develop and implement a synchronous, waste-free material flow strategy from suppliers to the production line.
