Lathe Machinist (Manual & CNC) - FT

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist with experience in both manual and CNC turning to support precision manufacturing of micro- components for semiconductor and high-tech industries. The role requires strong hands-on machining capability, attention to tight tolerances, and experience working with small, intricate parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC lathe machines for precision components.
• Perform micro-machining of small, high-precision parts (tight tolerances, fine features).
• Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• Conduct in-process inspection using precision instruments (micrometer, vernier, microscope, etc.).
• Ensure parts meet strict quality and surface finish requirements.
• Perform CNC programming/editing (G-code) and troubleshooting.
