Job Summary
The SuperSnack (Late Night) Cook/Back of House Supervisor oversees the set-up, service, and clean-up at Thorne Dining Hall. SuperSnack is a highly popular way to fuel late-night studies or merriment. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights in Thorne Hall, from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Bowdoin Dining lays out an offering of late-night fare including favorites such as grilled cheese, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and nachos, alongside assorted fruit, veggies, and desserts.

Responsibilities include:


+ Supervision of set–up, food preparation, service, clean up and closing for Super Snack meal period.

+ Overseeing back of the house and dish drop area is maintained in a neat and sanitary manner.

+ Assists as needed with Front of the House ( FOH ) assistance (i.e. servery area, dining room clean up).
