Latam Sr Operations Manager, Driver

**About the Role**You'll be joining the Driver Access team, responsible for ensuring earners have a seamless onboarding experience into our platform - from the moment they sign up to their first trip.In this role, you'll lead Regulatory initiatives from an Ops perspective across LatAm, owning this problem space end-to-end: from structuring and prioritizing complex regulatory challenges to executing high-impact projects.You'll also work closely with cross-functional and local teams on funnel configurations and market launches, helping scale solutions that work across diverse markets.
- Own and structure Regulations as a formal problem space within Driver Access, defining strategy, priorities, and operating models.
- Lead components of large, cross-functional regulatory initiatives, including Tech partnerships, onboarding funnel changes, and downstream Driver impacts (e.g., earnings, acquisition strategy).
