**About the Role**
Baker Hughes is seeking a **Preboarding Lead for Latin America**to lead the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of preboarding activities across the region. This role is responsible for shaping how the company welcomes new talent and enables a compliant, consistent, and high-quality experience from offer acceptance through start date-supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce effectiveness.
**As a Preboarding Lead for Latin America, you will be responsible for**:
- Leading the execution and continuous improvement of regional Preboarding processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance while enabling local flexibility.
- You will translate enterprise workforce plans and hiring strategies into effective preboarding delivery, proactively managing capacity for forecasted, peak, and bulk hiring volumes, and supporting change initiatives related to systems, processes, vendors, or organizational transitions.
