Job Description
- Oversee accounting and internal control activities within assigned LATAM countries, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant financial processes.
- Coordinate with regional finance functions to ensure alignment and operational excellence (knowledge of tax, accounts receivable, and accounts payable).
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, corporate policies, and local regulations across all supported entities.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyze performance, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Develop and mentor accounting teams, fostering growth, engagement, and succession readiness.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support regional and corporate decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
