Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Last Mile Team Lead role. The Last Mile Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, managing the field fleet, and ensuring zero operational downtime. Additionally, the Team Lead will handle the complete recruitment, performance management, and offboarding (hiring/firing) of delivery personnel while maintaining a robust backup network of riders to ensure seamless continuous execution.
